Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and the operator of the ivme app ("we", "us") — see the Contact section for who we are and how to reach us. By using ivme, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Not medical advice

ivme is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it does not give medical or dosing advice. The in-app assistant estimates and records information you give it; its output can be wrong and is not medical guidance. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist, and seek professional care for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. You are responsible for how you use the information in the app.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

ivme offers an auto-renewing subscription ("ivme Premium") that unlocks the AI assistant, photo logging, and insights.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no illegal use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse- engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; no uploading of content you don't have the right to; no using the assistant to seek advice you'll rely on for medical decisions.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into ivme. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display it to operate the app and provide the features you use (including sending your messages/photos to our AI provider to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for the content you submit.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but the service is provided "as is" and may have downtime, errors, or data-sync delays.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ivme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Contact

The ivme app is operated by Muhammed Musa Kahya, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in Türkiye.

*Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app. This agreement is between you and the operator of ivme identified above.*
